Spring in Chengdu (from early March to early May) is a season awake from the really cold days. Flowers are blossoming, birds are twittering, and the plants are turning green again. The average daytime temperature ranges from 30-35℃.
- To escape the summer heat, you can visit Qingcheng Mountain, Jiulong Gou, Jiufeng Mountain, Tiantai Mountain and Longchi Forest Park where are cool.
Travel to Chengdu in Autumn
Autumn in Chengdu (from September to November) is cool, foggy, and sometimes rainy. Autumn is another best time to visit Chengdu that you should not miss. The temperature is changeable and ranges from 12-28℃. It gradually becomes cold from September to November. (Attention: please avoid golden week of 'October 1 National Day Week'(China Ntional Holiday) when it is the peak period of tourism.
