It is a very clean and professional cocktail bar. The staff is very passionate about making drinks. There are also wonderful shows, a variety of cocktails and delicious food. Dress up a little if you go here, for lovely pictures or a great impression on others.

3. THC Rooftop Bar  

THC Rooftop Bar is a so-called rooftop bar, but it is really an artistic place full of graffiti and reggae music. It is a laid back place to hang out with friends and relax. The vibe is cool. You can have a nice view of the surroundings. THC Rooftop Bar is extremely popular with backpackers, therefore, you can exchange cultures, perspectives, and thoughts. Beers are very cheap, starting from 65 baht.

4. Zoe in Yellow

Zoe in Yellow, also known as "Yellow Bar", is arguably Chiang Mai's best swing place with a fantastic vibe, at least in the old town. With an open garden and a nearby indoor swing section, it definitely offers an open atmosphere where people can swing in very un-Thai style (most Thai prefer to sit down only and drink). It is a classy and trendy place to hang out and swing with funky music and some food and drinks.

5. Warm Up Café

Warm Up Café is the city's biggest, best, and longest running club on the bustling Nimmanhaemin Road. With the well-marked orange and red lights, Warm Up Café seems to become a unique landmark in Nimmanhaemin Road. The drivers will take you right in front of the main entrance as long as you say Warm Up Café, that is the local influence of this bar. It is definitely the most authentic Thai bar. You can often see Thai beauty and handsome guys here. Also, the popular bands in Thailand often come here to sing. A great concert awaits you right here.

6. Infinity Club 

Infinity Club Chiang Mai is a large nightclub playing a mix of electronic, dance and house music. It is located between Nimmanhaemin Road and Chiang Mai University, and is walking distance to Warm Up Café. It is a great place to let off steam after a long hard day. Indoor area and outdoor area are all available. The indoor area is the dance floor and a standing area, the main bar and the DJ stage. The outdoor area is partly covered and has lots of seating available, ranging from private two-person tables to large tables with white sofas to fit six people.

7. Spicy  

Spicy Nightclub is well known as the last place to close in Chiang Mai. The best part comes after midnight. If you arrive before midnight, you will find a dark and empty room. However, once you show up here at midnight, excitement and a hot atmosphere will embrace you tightly. There is no cover charge, no dress code and drinks prices are reasonable. They also enforce a strict "no ladyboys allowed" policy.
