Arrive to the Bandaranayake International Airport. You will be met by the local driver guide and transferred to Sigiriya, which takes about 4.5 hours by driving. Enroute we will have a visit the Elephant Orphanage to witness Elephant Feeding at 9.15am & River bathing at 10am OR Elephant Feeding at 1.15pm & River bathing at 2pm (depending on the availability).

After breakfast at hotel, you will be picked up from hotel and transferred to visit the Sigiriya Lion's Rock fortress, which is famous as the 8th wonder of the world and one of the UNESCO world heritage site. Thereafter transfer to the Ruins of Polonnaruwa for about 1.5 hours. The Ruins of Polonnaruwa was the 2nd Capitol in Ancient Sri Lanka, one of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

After breakfast, you will take a day trip to visit the ancient’s 1st Capital city Anuradhapura, which is another UNESCO World Heritage Site. It takes about 2 hours to drive to Anuradhapura. And then in the afternoon, we move to visit the Sri Maha Bodhi Tree and the Eight Great Places of Veneration in Anuradhapura called the “Atamasthana”.

In Kandy visit the Gem Museum & Store, The Temple of the Tooth relic, Wood Carving Center. There is a cultural dance show at 5:00 pm. If you are interested in it, you could include it into your tour.

In the morning, we will take a trip to the Horton Plains National Park. A trekking tour of Horton Plains is recommended today. En route we could visit the“Worlds end”and “Bakers”Waterfall, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Nature Site.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out from hotel and transfer to Kataragama. En-route take a visit to the Ravana Waterfall in Ella. Upon arriving at Kataragama, visit the Kataragama Temple, one of the few religious sites in Sri Lanka that is venerated by the majority Sinhala Buddhists, Hindu minority Sri Lankan Tamil people, Sri Lankan Moors and the Vedda people.

In the early morning, take an optional Jeep safari at the Yala National Park at 6:00 pm with packet breakfast.(safari jeep excluded). Yala National Park is Sri Lanka's most famous wild life park.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out & transfer to Bentota via visiting the Galle Dutch Fort (A UNESCO world Heritage Site). It takes about 4 hours from Kataragama to Galle and another 1 hour to Bentota.
