This is a well-defined western restaurant certified by the French International Food Association. The restaurant offers grilled food, European dishes, and special wine cellars for delicious wines. Food is the biggest highlight. I would highly recommend imported meat and seafood, especially steak. The meat is tender and juicy. In addition, this is the only restaurant in Thailand that has a wine cellar. Of course the price here is not cheap in order to give you the best atmosphere, food, service, and drinks.

The majority of the choices available are the Thai seafood but still has many western and international choices since the menu has over 170 items. This includes crisp-fried sea bass with sweet fish sauce, rock lobster with garlic, and grouper fillet with black pepper. Costing between 200 and 500 baht per dish, the prices are a little higher than the average for Thai food in Pattaya, but are still surprisingly affordable for such good quality. The food is freshly cooked to order and is of very high standard. Like its namesake, much of Mata Hari's fare is of Dutch origin, but with influences from around Europe.
